    Tell us more how you work today and what “good” looks like so we can understand your goals and digital comfort levels.

  3. agree terms of engagement

    Based on the level of support identified in the discovery call we then issue our terms of engagement for your approval.

  4. set-up & tidy-up

    We configure your chart of accounts, connect banks, import history and set opening balances.

  5. rules, categories & paperwork flow

    We create bank rules, categories and a clean filing flow for bills, receipts and invoices.

  6. training & handover

    Short, practical training tailored to you (screen-share via Teams or in person). Cheat-sheets included.

  7. quarterly check-ins (optional)

    Light-touch reviews to keep you MTD-ready and your books tidy year-round.
